Q. How do I reserve my hotel
room?
A. Through telephone calls, facsimile or e-mail.
Q. When I submit my reservation,
where does my request go?
A. It will go to our room's reservation department.
Q. How long will it take the
Hotel to respond to my reservation request?
A. Within 24 hours.
Q. What is the cancellation
policy on my reservation?
A. Cancellation of reservation should be done 48 hours
prior to arrival date.
If cancellation
is done less than 48 hours,a one night room charge may
be imposed.
Q. I don't have 24 hours to
wait for confirmation. What can I do?
A. You may e-mail to the e-mail address available on
our website.
Q. How do I know my reservation
is confirmed?
A. When you received our acknowledgement via the e-mail
or fax within 24
hours.
Every reservation treated as a confirmed reservation
which will be
held
till 15.00hrs unless it is a guaranteed reservation
with advance
payment
made.
Q. Once I have made my reservation,
will I receive any confirmation
from
the hotel?
A. Yes. We will e-mail the confirmation number within office hours.
Q. What happens if I encounter
problem with my reservation upon
checking-in?
A. We would require the reservation confirmation number
or supporting
documents.
Q. What do I need upon checking-in
?
A. Details of your reservation.
Q. What if, the hotel has
no vacancy?
A. If we are fully booked then, your reservation would
be put on waitlist.
Q. Can I book two rooms with
one reservation?
A. You can book multiple rooms in one booking. However
the rooms will be
under
the one name only. Please indicate clearly the number
of adults
during
the booking process.
Q. How do I change or cancel
my reservation?
A. Through telephone calls, facsimile or e-mail. Please
specify your
confirmation
number or name according to the Reservations Form.
Q. How far ahead should I
make the reservations?
A. At least 48 hours before arrival date.

are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
A. Major credit cards are welcome such as Visa and
Master Card.
Q. When do I have to include
my credit card number?
A. When you require guaranteeing your reservation.

card number and expiry date?
A. To guarantee the reservation during peak period or
late arrival.

but extra mattress are available

Q. How far is the hotel from
the airport?
A. Approximately 60km. 45 minutes - 1 hours to speed to the airport from KL City Air Terminal,
which is just minutes from hotel.
Q. How can I reach the hotels
from the airport?
A. You'll have the choice of KLIA Express, taxis, airport
limousine or airport
coach.
Q. Is the hotel accessible
by LRT?
A. The LRT station is just 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Q. Do we need adaptors or
transformers for our electrical devices?
A. If you are from Asians countries, adaptors or transformer
are not needed
but advisable
to carry with you as some electrical voltage may differ.

Malaysia,
the electricity runs on 240 volts with 50-cycle system.

Q. Is there a speed limit
on the Malaysian roads and are seat belts
required?
A. Speed limits vary on each road. The normal speed
limit on the highway is
110 km/hr.
Speed limit signboards are available for reference.
Please do
not exceed
the speed limit. Seat belts are required for the driver
and the
front
seat's passenger.
Q. Will we be driving on the
same side of the road as in the USA?
A. No, in Malaysia, we drive on the right side of the
road.
Q. Do we need a Malaysian
driving permit -- does it require a test?
A. If you carry a valid International Driving License,
you may not require a
Malaysian
driving license. However, please check with the Malaysian
Road
and Transport
Department for further clarification.
Q. How much can I take currency
back to the US tax-free?
A. Under the Travellers Declaration regulation, permitted
currency limits are
as follows
